The 6th ICEP Bangladesh and Japan
- Seeking an Accompanying photographer
MUSIC SHARING is seeking a photographer to document its activities in Bangladesh (December 2011) and Japan (June 2012).

Qualifications:
We invite applicants of every nationality, with a strong interest in community engagement activities.
Applicants must have experience photographing groups of people involved in activities.
Applicants are required to attend the entire schedule above in Bangladesh and a part of the schedule of reporting events and concerts in Japan in June 2012.
Applicants should be able to communicate in English and Japanese.
Remuneration will be according to MUSIC SHARINGfs guidelines as follows:
MUSIC SHARING will offer a fee
MUSIC SHARING will cover the costs of:
- Travel expense between Japan and Bangladesh
(MUSIC SHARING will not pay for travel expense between current residence and Japan.)
- Local transportation/accommodation in Bangladesh
- Visas for Bangladesh and Japan;
- Traveler's insurance (up to 10,000 Japanese Yen)
- Meal expenses (up to 3,000 Japanese Yen per day)
MUSIC SHARING will not be responsible for costs of passport, for personal communication or amenities expenses during the ICEP.
If vaccination is necessary for personal health or required by the local authority, the expense must be incurred by the applicant.
Please Note:
- All applicants will be notified of selection or rejection but will not be offered feedback related to the selection.
- MUSIC SHARING reserves the right to alter the destination country in the event of a natural disaster, change in political conditions or for any other reason.
- This program is dramatically different from the usual concert tour; assume that the schedule will be intense and with little or no flexibility.
- There can be no allowances for changes in the schedule due to personal reasons.
- The successful candidate may not be accompanied by family members or friends.
- An agreement regarding fee, expenses and ICEP 2011-2012 photographic requirements will be made before the activities.

Selection process
First stage:
Applicants will be selected on the basis of documentation and works.
The result of the first round will be announced via email or in writing by May 20, 2011.
Second stage:
Interview: Date and venue will be announced via e-mail or phone.
Third stage:
Applicants who have advanced to the final stage will be required to attend one of the reporting events held between May 27 and June 7, 2011 in Japan and take photos for the final stage audition. MUSIC SHARING cannot pay for travel expense to attend the reporting event. The deadline for submitting photos is June 20, 2011.
Result
The result of the application process will be announced via email or in writing on July 1, 2011.
